同事送了俺四个大闸蟹,据说是阳澄湖正宗,有腿毛作证。
本不想要,因为还得自己动手把这玩意整熟。后来还是拿了,因为想想今年好像还没吃过螃蟹呢。
回来后google了下做法,想用“蒸”的,可惜没有工具。只好直接下水煮吧。
水开之后,四个全扔了进去,又掐表等了20分钟。过去一看,靠,黄都被煮出来了,弄出一锅黄汤。
晾了一会开始品尝,味道一般,感觉还没有上次在朋友家蒸的普通蟹好吃。
有点暴殄天物。
